Copilot

- Phi-3 (2024) — 3.8B–14B; "small but mighty" — competitive with much larger models
- Phi-4 (2024) — 14B reasoning specialist
Azure OpenAI Service
Microsoft is the exclusive cloud provider for OpenAI workloads. Azure OpenAI Service offers enterprise SLAs, private networking, and regional deployments of GPT models alongside Microsoft's own.
